# Unnatim Connect Terms of Use

Welcome to Unnatim Connect, a product of Unnatim India Limited. By using Unnatim Connect, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using Unnatim Connect.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unnatim Connect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of the application, including users who are contributors of content, information, and other materials.

## 2. Use of Unnatim Connect

### 2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Unnatim Connect. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

### 2.2 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of Unnatim Connect. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

## 3. Content on Unnatim Connect

### 3.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Unnatim Connect ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Unnatim India Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with Unnatim Connect.

### 3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Unnatim India Limited reserves the right to remove any such content and take appropriate legal action.

## 4. Intellectual Property

Unnatim Connect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unnatim India Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

## 5. Termination

Unnatim India Limited may terminate or suspend your access to Unnatim Connect immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

## 6. Changes to Terms

Unnatim India Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on Unnatim Connect. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

## 7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
